It’s time to register your team, pick out your jerseys and start fundraising for the Barton Center’s SLAMDiabetes WIFFLE Ball Tournament!

As Barton was one of the original entrants to the inaugural SLAMDiabetes Tournament in 2011, the Barton tournament winner will receive an automatic entry into the 2012 SLAMDiabetes Championship Series & Weekend at Little Fenway/Little Wrigley in Essex, VT on June 29-30, 2012.
