#DSMA (Diabetes Social Media Advocacy) Twitter Chat
Every Wednesday at 9 p.m. EST – Online
The diabetes community, family members of people with diabetes and caregivers get together once a week to participate in the #DSMA (Diabetes Social Media Advocacy) Twitter chat. The topics vary from living with diabetes, media, food, exercise and more.

DSMA Live
Every Thursday at 9 p.m. EST – Online
The #DSMA Twitter chat conversation is taken a step further on Thursdays via a live interview known as DSMA Live. Each week, Cherise Shockley along with co-hosts George Simmons and Scott Johnson, speak about the current week’s topic with a different guest every week. People participate by calling in or chatting on the message board.

Dribble to Stop Diabetes Team Night – San Antonio, TX

Charge Civic Center Walk – Canton, OH

The Dribble to Stop Diabetes Team will be at the Charge Civic Center Walk in Canton, OH, raising awareness of diabetes and the importance of healthy and active lifestyles at 5 p.m. Attendees will receive a free ticket to the Canton Charge game that night at 7:30 p.m.

The Dribble to Stop Diabetes Team will be in Dallas, Texas, raising awareness of diabetes and the importance of healthy and active lifestyles with the Dallas Mavericks at American Airlines Center. Tipoff is at 7.30 p.m.
