[ April 26, 2012 to April 29, 2012. ] The up-and-coming Team Type 1 Development Team will take on the Joe Martin Stage Race in Fayetteville, Arkansas, one of the top cycling events in the nation. Over 700 athletes from 19 countries, and more than 45 states, attend the four-day race each year.

[ April 28, 2012; ] Team Type 1 Running is taking on the Nashville Rock ‘n’ Roll Marathon in Tennessee. The Running Team is Team Type 1’s most recent expansion into other sports, and made up of amateur endurance runners living with type 1 diabetes.

[ April 28, 2012 to April 29, 2012. ] Created in the 1920’s, criterium races are high-speed cycling contests where cyclists zoom just inches away from fans amidst the bustle of city streets. Show your support for Team Type 1 in Athens and Roswell, Georgia, or Walterboro and Spartanburg, South Carolina, at USA CRITS Speed Week, on April 28 and 29.
